The pyrolysis of waste plastics imposes strict requirements on the temperature range. Uneven temperature control or a disordered heating rhythm will cause insufficient material cracking and inconsistent oil quality. Manual temperature control relies on operator experience and is prone to parameter deviations, making it difficult to keep multiple production batches consistent. An automatic temperature control system can precisely match production needs and stabilize pyrolysis process standards. Henan Yongle Group has upgraded the fully automatic temperature control system of its plastic refining equipment to match the characteristics of plastic pyrolysis production, achieving intelligent temperature regulation throughout the process and reducing process differences caused by manual operation.

The plastic refining equipment is equipped with an integrated intelligent temperature control unit covering the entire production process of heating, constant temperature and cooling. The system independently adjusts heating intensity according to preset process parameters without real-time manual intervention. From equipment preheating to production completion, the temperature remains within the standard range, meeting the pyrolysis needs of various plastic materials.

The temperature control system responds smoothly and makes fine adjustments based on the real-time furnace temperature, mitigating temperature fluctuations caused by changes in ambient temperature, material moisture and feed volume, keeping the thermal environment in the furnace balanced, and ensuring that materials complete the cracking reaction gradually.

For different types of waste plastics, the equipment can store corresponding temperature process schemes and call up suitable parameters as needed in production, adapting to the production conditions of soft and hard plastics, mixed plastics, industrial plastics and other feedstocks, with a wider process application range.

The unified automatic temperature control mode makes the pyrolysis degree of each batch of materials consistent, with relatively balanced oil output status and product proportions, reducing quality differences between production batches, facilitating standardized storage and resource utilization by enterprises, and improving the degree of production standardization.

The intelligent temperature management system effectively simplifies production operations, stabilizes process standards and reduces production deviations, enabling the plastic refining equipment to adapt to normalized and standardized solid waste disposal production, and providing solid process support for the compliant and long-term operation of projects.
