During plastic pyrolysis production, the oil-gas transmission pipelines are in long-term contact with high-temperature oil and gas and trace corrosive media. Over long-term operation, problems such as oxidation, rusting and internal wall scaling are likely to occur, reducing pipeline smoothness and altering transmission efficiency, which affects the operating rhythm of the entire production line. The protective design of the pipeline system is a key link in ensuring long-term stable equipment operation. Henan Yongle Group has improved the pipeline anti-corrosion and protection system of its plastic refining equipment in view of the pipeline operating environment of pyrolysis equipment, enhancing pipeline durability to suit long-term continuous production conditions.

All oil-gas transmission pipelines, heat exchange pipelines and flue gas pipelines of the plastic refining equipment are made of special anti-corrosion materials, suited to complex conditions such as high temperature, oil-gas immersion and temperature variations. The materials themselves offer good corrosion and aging resistance, weakening the erosive effect of media on the pipe walls.

The interior and exterior of the pipelines are treated with a multi-layer protection process: the inner walls are coated with a smooth anti-corrosion coating to reduce the adhesion and accumulation of oil, gas and colloid and lower the probability of scaling and blockage, while the outer walls are fitted with anti-rust and anti-oxidation protective layers to resist natural wear from outdoor moisture, wind-borne dust and oxidation, adapting to various installation environments such as plant buildings and simple shed areas.

Wear-prone parts such as pipeline joints and elbows are thickened and sealed for protection, avoiding localized rust caused by local stress concentration and media accumulation, so that the wear of the entire pipeline proceeds uniformly and localized damage does not affect overall production.

A well-organized pipeline protection system can keep oil-gas and flue gas transmission smooth over the long term, maintain stable flow rates and heat exchange efficiency, and avoid problems such as capacity fluctuation and reduced condensation performance caused by pipeline aging, ensuring consistent conditions across batch production.

A complete anti-corrosion pipeline protection design reduces the frequency of later pipeline inspection, replacement and unclogging, lowers the overall operation and maintenance cost of the equipment, and enables the plastic refining equipment to maintain a stable operating state over the long term, providing reliable support for the regular production of waste plastic resource recovery projects.
