In recent years, China's solid waste disposal system has been continuously improved, and the treatment standards for rubber solid waste have become increasingly detailed. The regular replacement of motor vehicles and construction machinery keeps the volume of waste tires at a stable scale. This type of waste has a special structure: it is corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, and takes a long time to degrade naturally, so it cannot be absorbed by the natural environment. Traditional stacking and landfilling not only occupy land resources, but also tend to produce pollutants under natural conditions, affecting soil and groundwater and failing to meet current ecological governance requirements. Centralized treatment of waste tires through pyrolysis has become the mainstream approach for harmless and resource-based disposal of rubber solid waste. Henan Yongle Group, rooted in the environmental protection equipment manufacturing sector, continuously optimizes the process structure of its equipment in line with environmental policies and project conditions in different regions, delivering waste tire refining equipment adapted to various sites.

The waste tire refining equipment adopts a mature sealed pyrolysis process and operates in full compliance with cleaner production standards. The equipment completes the cracking reaction of waste tires in an oxygen-free sealed chamber, regulating the reaction pace through gradient temperature control to steadily decompose the rubber components and achieve effective separation of rubber, steel wire, and synthetic fiber. Process tail gas generated during operation is treated by a supporting multi-stage purification system; after filtration, adsorption, and harmless decomposition, all emission indicators meet regional environmental control requirements. The equipment features a fully enclosed body and pipeline design, controlling dust diffusion and gas leakage at the source, with no production wastewater discharge throughout the process, effectively avoiding secondary pollution and keeping the plant environment clean and orderly. The various materials treated by the equipment are stable in nature and can be supplied to multiple industrial sectors as recycled resources, realizing the circular utilization of waste rubber resources.

The complete set of equipment adopts a modular structure, with each functional system performing its own role in coordinated operation. The pretreatment system handles the crushing, screening, and impurity removal of waste tires, unifying material specifications, removing sand and impurities, and ensuring uniform and stable feeding; the pyrolysis reaction system completes material cracking in a constant-temperature sealed environment to achieve volume reduction of solid waste; the oil-gas separation system collects pyrolysis products by category and stores materials in a standardized manner; the tail gas purification system continuously treats production exhaust to keep operations compliant; and the intelligent control system collects operating data in real time, helping operators adjust equipment parameters, reducing daily maintenance difficulty, and adapting to long-term continuous production conditions.

The equipment is suitable for various scenarios such as recycled resource parks, solid waste treatment enterprises, and rubber recycling plants. It can routinely digest regional waste tire stocks, relieve solid waste treatment pressure, improve the rubber resource recycling chain, and provide basic support for regional circular economy development.
