Pyrolysis production of waste plastics is a continuous heat-source operation process, and the stable maintenance of furnace body temperature has a direct impact on production continuity and material conversion results. Traditional equipment loses heat quickly during production and is prone to temperature fluctuations, affecting the pyrolysis rhythm. By optimizing waste heat utilization and the insulation structure, the furnace temperature can be effectively kept constant to ensure steady production. Based on long-term field production experience, Henan Yongle Group has optimized the heat storage and insulation structure of plastic refining equipment, reducing ineffective heat loss and maintaining stable production conditions.

The plastic refining equipment adopts a multi-layer composite insulation structure, providing full coverage for high-temperature areas such as the furnace body, flue and heat exchange equipment, effectively reducing heat exchange between the external environment and the furnace interior. During long-term operation, the equipment retains internal heat well and can maintain the normal pyrolysis temperature range without frequent supplementary heating.

The equipment has a built-in waste heat recovery and heat storage structure. Surplus heat generated during production can be retained in the insulation layer and heat exchange structure, and used for insulation in the later stage of production and preheating at the next start-up. This reasonable heat retention method weakens the influence of day-night temperature differences and ambient temperature changes on equipment conditions, adapting to normalized year-round production.

A stable temperature environment makes the pyrolysis reaction of waste plastics more uniform, with a consistent cracking rhythm and a steady oil-gas evolution rate, reducing common problems caused by temperature fluctuations such as uneven gas production, increased carbon deposition and excessive impurities in the oil, keeping the production state of each batch consistent.

Waste heat insulation technology can reduce energy consumption during the equipment's heating stage and lessen the working load of heat source equipment, making overall production energy consumption more reasonable. Under the long-term continuous production mode, it can gradually optimize the project's energy consumption structure, in line with the development direction of industrial energy-saving production.

Relying on mature waste heat insulation design, the plastic refining equipment features small operating fluctuations, reasonable energy consumption control and high production stability, adapting to various large-scale waste plastic disposal scenarios and providing reliable equipment support for the standardized and long-term operation of solid waste resource recovery projects.
