Plastic pyrolysis production is sensitive to the furnace pressure environment. Unstable pressure and excessive negative pressure fluctuations can easily disorder oil-gas transmission and cause uneven material reactions, leading to differences in production status between batches and hindering standardized plant management. A stable pressure environment is the key to ensuring regular pyrolysis reactions and uniform product conditions. Henan Yongle Group has optimized the precise pressure stabilization control system of its plastic refining equipment based on the pressure operating characteristics of the equipment, achieving dynamic pressure balance in the furnace and maintaining consistent production conditions for each batch.

The plastic refining equipment carries a full-process pressure monitoring and pressure stabilization module that captures real-time pressure changes in the furnace, pipelines and condensation system, making real-time fine adjustments for feed fluctuations, gas output changes, temperature rises and falls and other conditions during production, keeping the system pressure always within the standard range.

The pressure stabilization system adopts a gradual adjustment logic without large parameter jumps, adapting to condition changes with small, smooth adjustments, avoiding interruptions in the pyrolysis rhythm caused by sudden pressure rises or falls, and ensuring that the cracking reaction proceeds continuously and smoothly.

A stable negative pressure environment continuously isolates external air, preventing side reactions caused by oxygen entering the furnace, reducing problems such as excessive material oxidation and coking thickening, and keeping the pyrolysis reaction always within a standardized sealed atmosphere.

Relying on precise pressure control, the cracking degree, oil-gas output ratio and oil condition of each batch tend to be consistent, with smaller production deviations, facilitating unified capacity statistics and product categorization at the plant and improving standardized production management.

A mature pressure stabilization control system effectively reduces the impact of condition fluctuations on production, improves the operational stability and fault tolerance of the plastic refining equipment, and provides reliable process support for the standardized and normalized production of waste plastic resource recovery projects.
