The furnace body is the core carrier of the plastic pyrolysis reaction, and its heat storage and insulation performance directly determines heat retention and production energy consumption. Traditional insulation materials have limited temperature resistance; under long-term high-temperature operation, problems such as rapid heat dissipation and insulation degradation easily occur, resulting in heat waste and unstable furnace temperature. Selecting composite insulation materials suited to high-temperature conditions can effectively lock in furnace temperature and maintain a stable pyrolysis environment. Henan Yongle Group has optimized the furnace insulation configuration of its plastic refining equipment, adopting a composite high-temperature-resistant insulation structure to improve the equipment's overall heat storage and insulation capacity and optimize daily production energy consumption.

The furnace body of the plastic refining equipment adopts a multi-layer composite insulation structure composed of an insulation layer, a heat storage layer, and a protective layer, which blocks the outward diffusion of high furnace temperature layer by layer, greatly reducing equipment surface temperature and minimizing ineffective heat loss during production.

The inner heat storage material is suited to long-term high-temperature pyrolysis conditions with good thermal stability; it is not prone to deformation, shedding, or aging during repeated heating and cooling cycles, continuously maintains good heat storage performance, keeps furnace heat retained longer, and reduces the frequency of repeated reheating.

Excellent insulation and heat storage performance makes the furnace temperature distribution more uniform, avoiding problems such as slow material cracking and coking and carbon deposits caused by excessively low furnace wall temperature, ensuring balanced heating of plastic materials and more complete pyrolysis reactions.

A stable heat storage and insulation system shortens equipment preheating time and improves heating efficiency. It delivers good energy-saving results under both batch and continuous production modes, reducing long-term energy consumption at the plant.

Solid furnace insulation material configuration allows the plastic refining equipment to improve operating stability and energy efficiency simultaneously, adapting to various large-scale waste plastic disposal scenarios and providing hardware support for long-term energy-efficient operation of solid waste resource recovery projects.
