Waste tires are a common type of solid waste generated in industrial production and transportation operations. Composed of rubber, steel wire, chemical fibers and other materials, they feature a dense structure, stable chemical properties and a very long natural degradation cycle. As urban solid waste output rises year by year, large quantities of waste tires pile up, not only occupying land space but also releasing hazardous substances under rain soaking and natural weathering, affecting soil, groundwater and the local ecological environment. Traditional disposal methods such as landfilling and open-air stockpiling cannot fundamentally solve the management challenges of rubber solid waste, nor can they tap the regenerative value of the materials themselves. Treating waste tires with sealed pyrolysis technology has become the scientific disposal approach suited to current industry development. Henan Yongle Group focuses on the R&D of environmental solid waste treatment equipment. Based on the material characteristics of waste tires and environmental governance standards, it has developed waste tire refining equipment adaptable to multiple scenarios, providing technical and equipment support for the harmless treatment and resource recovery of rubber solid waste.

The waste tire refining equipment takes oxygen-free sealed pyrolysis as its core technology, and the entire treatment workflow follows the basic requirements of clean production. Inside a completely oxygen-isolated sealed reaction chamber, the equipment completes the cracking reaction of waste tires through gradient heating, gradually decomposing and converting the organic components of the rubber and achieving layered separation and recovery of oil components, steel wire and fiber. The small amount of process exhaust generated during production is sent to the supporting purification system for multi-stage treatment through filtration, adsorption and harmless decomposition, and the final emission indicators comply with regional environmental control standards. The equipment adopts an integrated sealed pipeline and body structure, controlling dust diffusion and gas leakage at the source; no process wastewater is discharged throughout production, effectively avoiding secondary pollution and maintaining a clean plant environment. After treatment, the various materials are stable in character and can be used as recycled raw materials in metal recycling, industrial auxiliary material formulation, energy supply and other fields.

The complete equipment adopts a standardized modular design, with each functional unit performing its own role in coordination to form a complete closed-loop treatment process. The pretreatment unit handles the crushing, screening and impurity removal of waste tires, unifying particle size and removing sediment and debris to ensure uniform and stable feeding, laying a good foundation for the subsequent pyrolysis reaction; the pyrolysis unit maintains a constant-temperature, sealed environment to ensure full cracking of materials and achieve volume reduction of solid waste; the oil-gas separation unit precisely classifies and grades the mixed pyrolysis products, improving the orderliness of resource recovery; the tail gas purification unit continuously treats production exhaust to keep the entire production process compliant; and the intelligent control unit monitors data such as temperature, pressure and operating load in real time, helping operators adjust operating conditions and reducing equipment maintenance difficulty.

This equipment is suitable for small and medium-sized solid waste treatment projects, renewable resource processing stations, rubber recycling enterprises and other scenarios. Its continuous and stable operation can effectively digest the regional stock of waste tires, ease solid waste management pressure, improve the rubber resource recycling system, and provide basic support for the development of the local circular economy.
