The steady development of urban construction and the transportation industry keeps the generation of waste rubber tires growing at a stable rate. As typical composite solid waste, waste tires have a stable physical structure, are acid-alkali and corrosion resistant, and take decades to degrade naturally, so they cannot decompose on their own. Large-scale concentrated piling of waste tires not only occupies land resources; under the influence of rain soaking and temperature changes, piled materials gradually leach trace harmful substances, causing sustained impacts on the surrounding soil and groundwater ecology. As ecological governance work continues to advance across regions and disposal standards for rubber solid waste keep rising, traditional stacking and landfill methods can no longer meet current governance norms. Centralized disposal of waste tires through sealed pyrolysis technology, achieving solid waste volume reduction and resource recovery, has become an important means of regional solid waste management. Henan Yongle Group focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of environmental protection equipment, optimizing the equipment process structure in line with local governance standards and on-site production conditions, and providing complete equipment solutions for the standardized disposal of rubber solid waste.

The waste tire refining equipment adopts the industry-proven anaerobic pyrolysis process, with an overall operation process aligned with the basic standards of cleaner production. The equipment completes the cracking of waste tires in a fully sealed, oxygen-isolated reaction chamber, regulating the reaction rhythm through staged temperature control so that the rubber organic components are fully converted and oil, steel wire, fiber and other materials are separated in an orderly manner. Process tail gas generated during production enters the supporting purification system for multi-layer treatment; after filtration, adsorption and harmless decomposition, the emission indicators meet regional environmental control standards. The equipment adopts an integrated sealed structure design that suppresses dust diffusion and gas leakage at the source; the entire production process discharges no production wastewater, effectively eliminating secondary pollution and keeping the plant operating environment clean and compliant. The various materials treated by the equipment have stable properties and can be used as recycled raw materials in multiple industrial production fields, realizing the circular reuse of waste rubber resources.

The complete equipment adopts a modular integrated design, with each functional unit operating independently and in coordination. The pretreatment unit mainly completes the crushing, screening and impurity removal of waste tires, unifying the material particle size and removing sand and impurities to ensure uniform and stable feeding; the pyrolysis reaction unit maintains a constant-temperature sealed operating environment, completing the harmless cracking of materials and reducing the solid waste stock; the oil-gas separation unit sorts and stores the mixed pyrolysis products in categories and standardizes material storage; the tail gas purification unit continuously treats production waste gas to keep the entire production process compliant; the intelligent control unit collects equipment operating data in real time, assists staff in adjusting operating parameters, simplifies daily O&M procedures, and adapts to long-term continuous production.

The equipment is suitable for solid waste treatment parks, renewable resource processing plants, rubber recycling stations and other scenarios. It can regularly consume regional waste tire stock, relieve solid waste management pressure, improve the rubber resource recycling chain, and support the steady development of the regional circular economy.
