The raw material inventory of most waste plastic recycling enterprises changes dynamically. Affected by recycling cycles and market conditions, production modes fall into two states: continuous production and batch production. The equipment's adaptability to batch production determines the operational flexibility of the project and fits the production reality of small and medium-sized disposal plants. Henan Yongle Group has optimized the start-stop logic and heat storage structure of plastic refining equipment, improving its adaptability to the batch production mode and fitting the production rhythm of different plants.

The plastic refining equipment has good start-stop adaptability. After shutdown and cooling, it warms up smoothly upon restart without long preheating waits and can quickly restore standard pyrolysis conditions. Compared with traditional equipment, the overall commissioning efficiency is more stable under the batch production mode, reducing the time loss caused by start-up waiting.

The furnace body of the equipment has good heat storage performance. Under short-term shutdown, part of the waste heat can be retained, reducing heat supply upon restart and lowering the energy input of batch production, giving the intermittent production mode better economics.

The equipment's shutdown process is standardized, with gradual cooling, pressure release and shutdown following preset steps, avoiding damage to the furnace body, pipelines and sealing structures caused by emergency shutdown. This step-by-step shutdown process protects the core components of the equipment and extends its overall service life.

For plants with low-frequency production and on-demand commissioning, the equipment can remain on standby for long periods without parameter disorder. After restart, the original production parameters can be used directly without repeated debugging and calibration, greatly simplifying the operation process of batch production and meeting flexible commissioning needs.

Adapting to the operating characteristics of batch production broadens the application scenarios of plastic refining equipment, fitting solid waste disposal projects of different scales and production rhythms, helping enterprises flexibly plan production cycles and reasonably control operating costs, and supporting the steady development of the recycling industry.
