The mobile refining unit processes 60 m³ of crude oil per day, adopting core processes of low-temperature vacuum distillation, physical demulsification and dewatering, and low-temperature dewaxing and desulfurization refining, avoiding the coking and high-loss problems of traditional high-temperature processes. The unit integrates eight functional modules with a multi-unit redundant parallel structure, supports stepless load adjustment, and relies on a photovoltaic energy storage system to achieve zero-energy production without the external grid. Adapted to polar conditions from -55°C to 45°C, equipped with a DCS intelligent coordinated control system, it can run unattended 24 hours a day. A closed-loop water circulation and comprehensive tail gas treatment process achieve zero wastewater discharge, and the finished oil meets Russian GOST and Euro V K4 standards.
