The waste photovoltaic panel pyrolysis equipment adopts an integrated process of "physical disassembly - thermal dissociation - sorting and purification" to treat waste photovoltaic modules. Pretreatment is completed by automated equipment that removes aluminum frames and junction boxes to obtain clean laminates. The laminates are fed into an anaerobic pyrolysis kettle, where the encapsulant film cracks at around 500°C; the cracked oil-gas is recovered by condensation, and waste heat is recycled for energy reuse. The pyrolysis products are mechanically graded by vibrating screen, color sorting and air separation, and then separated and recovered for silver and copper through wet leaching, precipitation, electrolysis and other processes, while silicon powder is purified. The equipment can effectively recover silver, copper and silicon, and is equipped with waste gas incineration and dust removal as well as wastewater circulation facilities, balancing resource recovery with environmental control. A pilot line can be built first to verify parameters before gradually expanding the processing scale.
