The anaerobic low-temperature continuous pyrolysis process for urban and rural household waste achieves harmless and resource-based treatment, and on that basis stabilization and volume reduction. After pyrolysis, household waste produces inert solid carbon residue, pyrolysis fuel oil and bio-natural gas. Part of the metal is recovered from the sorted solid carbon residue, and the remaining carbon residue has many comprehensive utilization directions with good economic benefits; the pyrolysis fuel oil is recovered for industrial fuel oil or self-use; the bio-natural gas is used as circulating heating energy for the pyrolysis equipment after dechlorination and purification, satisfying more than 60% of its own energy self-sufficiency. After pyrolysis, the mass reduction rate of household waste is higher than 50% and the volume reduction rate is higher than 90%, with a carbon emission reduction of 0.4-0.7 tons per ton of waste.
